I cannot select delivery time or date at checkout
If you have placed only addon products in the shopping cart, you will not be able to select a delivery date at checkout. Addon products are only availble in conjunction with the purchase of a flower bouquet, flower arrangement, or flower basket.
How to order
You do NOT need to sign up for an account to purchase. An account will be created for you automatically!
Choose your flowers from our extensive catalogue of flower bouquets and floral arrangements.
Proceed to the checkout and you need to:
- Enter the details of the person receiving the flowers in the delivery information section.
- Enter the sender's details in the billing information section.
- Choose your desired delivery date and time.
- Enter a special message (maximum 30 words) for the person receiving the flowers in the greeting message box. Do remember to enter your name or initials also. We are unable to put the sender's name due to data protection.
- Choose payment option.
- Review your the order details and our terms and conditions. Click submit once you are satisfied.
We will send you an email confirmation once we have received your order.
How to pay

When you submit your order to our website and choose to pay by Credit card or PayPal, you are then directed to the PayPal payment gateway via SSL using 128bit encryption. Your credit card details are never submitted to nor stored on our servers.

Enter your PayPal email address and password.
Please transfer invoice fee to our bank account 6hrs prior to delivery. Using your order number as reference, fax payment details to +852 8148 5123. Please also include your phone number and products ordered.

How to track my order
To find out the status of your order, login to your account with your username and password that was emailed to you when you ordered from us. Once you are logged in, you can check the status of your order. You can also change your personal details such as email and password.
Your order status will be classed as:
- Pending - Your order has been received and is awaiting payment to be cleared.
- Payment received - Your order is awaiting delivery on your specified date.
- Completed - Your order has been received.
PayPal is showing my billing address as shipping address
Due to a limitation at PayPal, we are only able to send the billing address to PayPal. Please be assured the correct delivery address is stored on our server and is shown in your invoice.
